Waterfront Dining

Showcasing the best of Tasmania’s renowned foodie culture, our menu is built around fresh local seafood and seasonal produce. Thoughtfully crafted dishes celebrate the region’s flavours, complemented by an extensive selection of Tasmanian wines and spirits.

Open every night from 5:30pm ‘til late. Breakfast from 7am to 9:30am daily.

A Living Story

For generations, timber shaped this shore. Huon pine came down the Gordon with the piners, and the Risby family milled it here at the water's edge. That story lives on in the timbers around you, the work of Tasmanian artists and makers, and the history shared at the table.
